FERRARA – Università degli Studi di Ferrara5-7 giugno 2019 GIURISPRUDENZA, INTEGRAZIONE E RADICALIZZAZIONE Il workshop ha inteso esaminare gli orientamenti giurisprudenziali emersi in area euromediterranea in tema di lotta al fenomeno di radicalizzazione al fine di verificarne i contenuti e l’efficacia. Il modello è quello dell’amicus curiae funzionale sottoposto a un confronto critico con gli operatori del diritto, soprattutto giudici, ma anche avvocati ed esperti in dottrina e giurisprudenza, sui contenuti degli orientamenti giurisprudenziali. Obiettivo principale è stato quello di consentire il dialogo e scambio di esperienze fra i giudici delle due sponde del mediterraneo; migliorare il coordinamento fra le norme di diritto internazionale privato in una ottica di più efficace operatività delle ‘norme di conflitto’ in materia. Nel workshop, sono stati presenti giudici nazionali e internazionali, avvocati, istituzioni coinvolti nelle politiche di sicurezza.
